Interesting, definitely outside my wheel house. I think the issue is the stream chat link changes each stream so idk if it will still work on how you are describing.

Did you buy any of the games? It will be locked and grayed out if you didn't buy the full game and install everything. If you have just warzone then you need to buy the games. If you did buy the games, I'd reinstall the games and see if that helps.

Never ran into that before. Haven't touched mw2 in 6-8 months tho. Do you have the full game installed? It could also be you're in the mw3 menu system.

Dual monitor setup or pull the stream up on your phone.

just buy an HDMI switch hub. You can have up to 4 devices go into the hub and then output to just a single source. That single source will be your elgato capture card. (this will eliminate the need for 2 capture cards). When you want to go to ps3, hit the button on the switch and vice versa when you want to go to your ps5. I used to do this when I would switch between my PS4 and Xbox One X. Here is one from amazon tinyurl.com/29pk4pjz

@@CreoVox I only have the 1 capture card. I am able to have my PS5 & PS3 plugged into it simultaneously due to this model still having both an HDMI & AV input. The issue I have is that normally when I'd hit the configure video button in streamlabs that menu would pop up to allow me to switch the source in the dropdown menu but that menu currently doesn't appear anymore. Like I hit configure video, the window pops up for a split second and then disappears again and has been doing that since.

Gotcha. Not sure on a fix on that other than using an HDMI with the PS3 and just switching the HDMI's when you wanna play one or the other.

If its not showing the correct number you might need to reapply the browser source, go to the browser source settings and refresh or clear the cache of the browser source.

Double check that the sub settings on botrix is correct. If you signed in with say Twitch or RUclips to get into botrix, you need to go to profiles > kick and then set up the label there and paste the browser source link. If that all checks out, maybe try refreshing the source in streamlabs or obs studio and see if that helps.

If its an elgato capture card, or a capture card with its own dedicated recording software youll want to open that software and make the changes in there and then go into streamlabs and see if the changes reflected there. Sometimes streamlabs will glitch or have it minimized in the taskbar.

That's strange. Did you have an older elgato capture card before? If so you might want to delete all elgato game capture software, then reinstall just the one for the HD60 X. I use obs studio and it only shows my HD60 S. Same for my streamlabs.

@@CreoVox lol I’m really dumb. It’s actually because my old pc is actually below the system requirement haha! Luckily, a friend gave me his old PC, so everything works flawlessly! Goes to show that you should always check the system requirement beforehand

no clue. Could be something with your capture card settings, bad cables, or maybe something wrong with the capture card itself.

@@CreoVox I was useing obs before and didn't have this issue. I'll mess around and find out what's up.

@Luc1d_WT you might just need to close streamlabs and reopen it. Maybe restart your pc? I wouldn't be surprised if streamlabs was having issues haha. If you boot up obs right now and it works fine, then it's definitely something with streamlabs software.

did you create an unlisted live stream > pop out the stream chat > then take that link and add it as a browser source?
